Two vegan brekky ideas with product reviews | myrapeggyrose

I never use to have breakfast but now I can’t manage without it. I have put together two vegan, healthy and yummy breakkys that are quick to put together leaving you feeling full.

The chia pod oats are fast, tasty and filling. The containers are microwave friendly, portable and easy to manage. Pop off the lid, peel back the wrapping and stick in the microwave for one minute on high. Then if you are running out the door, pull the plastic wrap off and pop on the sturdy lid. no need to worry about a spoon as there is one attached to the lid. You can eat it on the bus or train or at your desk.

Second breakky is the Alpine Coconut yogurt. Really fluffy and refreshing, it taste like the scrapings of the inside of a fresh coconut. If you are like me and cut up your fruit and veges when you bring them home from the grocery store, this brekky should be quite easy to put together. Plop a spoonful of yogurt into a bowl and surround it with fruit. You can put this in a plate or put it in a container and take it with you.
